Gary A. Drakas is a Shareholder of the firm and has represented individual and corporate clients in both Federal and State Courts throughout his career. He has accumulated extensive litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania as well as other jurisdictions. His insurance practice focuses on bad faith/extracontractual damage claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and third party actions. Mr. Drakas is at the forefront in handling first party medical claims, and represents some of the largest insurers in such matters. In addition, Mr. Drakas regularly handles commercial matters and assists clients in the areas of employment discrimination, commercial litigation and products liability.
