Jennifer L. LeVan.

Jennifer L. LeVan, an associate of the firm, concentrates her practice on insurance defense, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Ms. LeVan’s experience includes time spent as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Steinberg in the Lehigh Court of Common Pleas, and as an Assistant District Attorney in Lehigh County focusing on the prosecution of special victims crimes. Ms. LeVan spent four years as a staff counsel member of Allstate Insurance Company, during which time she successfully tried civil litigation cases involving motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents in the county and district courts of the Commonwealth. Ms. LeVan concentrates her practice in insurance defense including uninsured/underinsured motorist litigation and third party civil litigation, as well as all aspects of criminal defense. Ms. LeVan teaches civil litigation, criminal litigation, and legal research and writing at Northampton Community College.
