Steven T. Williams is a Shareholder of the firm and the Managing Attorney of the firm's Bethlehem and Scranton offices. Prior to joining Forry Ullman, Mr. Williams worked for an international law firm representing numerous Fortune 500 companies including several based overseas. He has significant experience with the defense of design, manufacturing and warning claims against the suppliers of personal, industrial and recreational products (including watercraft), as well as the representation of design professionals, contractors/subcontractors and owners in construction litigation. He handles insurance coverage disputes, bad faith/extracontractual damage claims, boating and maritime claims, motor vehicle, premises liability, property, replevin and other third and first party matters. He routinely represents clients in business formation and governance, business disputes, and commercial real estate matters including land development and planning.

For over two decades, Mr. Williams has represented insurance companies in both the investigation and litigation of insurance fraud including arson, vehicle and boating thefts, residential and commercial burglaries, personal articles claims, mortgage and bankruptcy fraud, and medical claims. Mr. Williams is frequently asked to lecture on this topic and to provide guidance to his clients in formulating investigation methods and techniques.
