Nicholas D. Maxymuik

Nicholas D. Maxymuik is a senior associate of the firm. He has practiced law for over 32 years and has the unique perspective of also being a former full time claims representative and also a claims director for a large insurance company. Nick also has 25 years experience being a defense civil litigator. Mr. Maxymuik concentrates his practice in insurance defense of premises liability, automobile, trucking, UM/UIM and third-party liability cases. Mr. Maxymuik has also volunteered his time as counsel for multiple non-profit organizations.
