Theodore P. Winicov

Theodore P. Winicov is an associate of the firm. Upon graduation from law school, he completed a clerkship with the Honorable Paul Ribner in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Mr. Winicov worked as a senior staff attorney for Harleysville Insurance Company in their Philadelphia office where he had responsibility for a large caseload of insurance defense matters. He has significant experience with the defense of automobile, UM/UIM cases, premises and construction site liability matters and has tried numerous such cases before juries to verdict in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
